New Group Fitness Trainer

Greeting GFit’ers!

Here is your February Update!

We would like to welcome Tracey Wilson, to the GFit Family! Tracey has been in the health and wellness field for over 10 years.  She began her career in New York City after achieving her own personal health and wellness goals.  After losing over 70 pounds, friends and strangers alike would approach her to ask for her advice about fitness and nutrition and thus began her career as a health professional. She decided to make the switch to San Diego just recently to take advantage of the beautiful weather and the healthy lifestyle promoted in this city.  Her certifications range from Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through NSCA to Yoga Fit, CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Jukari Fit to Flex Instructor and Precision Nutrition.   As a health professional Tracey feels it is important to empower her clients to change their way of thinking and allow health and wellness to organically become a part of their lives.

Starting this Saturday Warrior Workout class will start 15 minutes later at 10:15 AM.  If you are interested in attending the Warrior Workout please click HERE to view our schedule and register online.

SOULercize will also be moving to a new time at 11:30AM. This is an All Levels Soulercize Dance Class.
