F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training)
These group sessions are carefully designed to burn calories, build lean body mass, burn fat, boost your metabolism, & most importantly get RESULTS!
Group training sessions include a variety of different exercises. A 50 minute F.I.T. group training session consists of strength training, bootcamp training, agility drills, cardiovascular exercises, plyometrics, tabata and calisthenics done in a different format each day.
We incorporate push-ups, pull-ups, squats, kettlebells, ropes, rings, TRX and other strength builders into your session. Can’t do a pull up? Don’t worry, our instructors will guide you through each workout and ensure proper form and technique. We have professional secrets that can unlock your hidden strengths! If you are already a pro we know how to keep you challenged and committed to your fitness.
Every workout is different. No two F.I.T. classes are ever the same! We keep our fitness classes fresh and fun so that you are not stuck repeating the same class over and over and over and over and over and over….
Variety is the secret ingredient to success! Research has shown that variety helps an individual enjoy their workouts, stick with their exercise program, and keep them physically challenged when compared to individuals who followed the same workout regimens week after week.
Your goals are our goals. GFIT classes are designed to keep your body working at its peak performance without reaching a plateau in your strength building or metabolism. Want to drop a few pounds? Run a mile or a marathon? Maybe just be able to button up those old fancy pants. Whatever your goal, we want to help. Activity and exercise are a guarantee for a happier healthier life.
You CAN do it and we will be there to help! Our instructors will challenge you to do your best each and every day. At GFit, we create a positive, motivating, and encouraging environment where everyone works together to achieve their goals. We don’t expect you to do more than you are able. We just want you to have fun, do your best, and be good to your body. We recommend attending a group training session 3 times a week in order to get the most out of your workout.

Please bring some water, a workout towel, an exercise mat, and a friend. We have exercise mats to borrow but are limited and are provided at a first come first serve basis.
