February 2015 Schedule – Happy Valentines Day

UPPER BODY – Strength & Toning with focus on Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, & Torso.

LOWER BODY – Strength & Toning with focus on Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Hips, & Calves.

CORE – Feel the CORE burn right where you want it. There is more than one core on your body and we’ll work each till exhaustion. Improve your posture, balance, and abdominal strength.

TOTAL BODY – Head to Toe workout! We’ll challenge you in many different ways. Expect Circuits, AMRAPS, & Challenges. We’ll throw everything at you even the kitchen sink.

CARDIO – Cardio is short for Cardiovascular. Which means training your heart. Your heart is a muscle just like your bicep or your abs. Train this muscle well & it will improve your fitness immensely.
