New Year New Schedule!

Happy New Year GFit’ers!

The start of a new year is always a great time to recommit to old goals, start new goals, and challenge yourself to achieve goals you never thought possible. With new beginnings come a few changes and additions to our class schedule. If you were here in December, you may have notice the changes to our training program for 2015. Read for more details…

Jan_2015_Training_Schedule

UPPER BODY – Strength & Toning with focus on Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, & Torso.

LOWER BODY – Strength & Toning with focus on Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Hips, & Calves.

CORE BURN – Feel the CORE burn right where you want it. There is more than one core on your body and we’ll work each till exhaustion. Improve your posture, balance, and abdominal strength.

TOTAL BODY – Head to Toe workout! We’ll challenge you in many different ways. Expect Circuits, AMRAPS, & Challenges. We’ll throw everything at you even the kitchen sink.

CARDIO BLITZ – Cardio is short for Cardiovascular. Which means training your heart. Your heart is a muscle just like your bicep or your abs. Train this muscle well & it will improve your fitness immensely.

Read below for class schedule changes:

Some members have been requesting to bring back the noon classes. I’ve heard your request and it’s time to put them back in place for the starting Jan 5th. The noon classes will be lead by Chelsea, Jules, & myself. They will be held on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday only.

I’ve also mixed around the classes a bit.  Our TRX & FIT classes have changed spots in the morning. This will give our clients a better variety of trainers to keep choose from.
