Believe it or not, it is March. I know it seems like we were just starting with our New Year’s resolutions, but the first day of spring is just 3 short weeks away. Not long after that, summer will be here and the question is, “Are you ready?!”
It may be going well and those resolutions have turned into a habit, and thus, a new way of life. On the other hand, maybe your plans went well for a while, but you had business out of town or the kids’ soccer season started and got in the way of your boot camp, barre classes, or personal training appointments. No matter where you stand, there is no better time than now to re-commit to your health and fitness goals. Take it to the next level by joining our 90-Day Beach Body Challenge! You can also try adding a class, attempting a few more push-ups, or putting something new into your week of workouts.
The point is that Spring is here and we are here for YOU. You are all invited to start each weekend with me, every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. for Bootcamp Basics. More like “basic” training, Bootcamp Basics is an all levels class that will cater to your specific needs. It is personal training in a group setting, with a head to toe, no frills workout that will start the weekend off with you feeling great. It is also just what you need to shape your body for shorts and sundresses and build the muscles and endurance you need for those summer activities, water sports, and outdoor fun that lies ahead.
