Barre Fusion Class in San Diego
Barre Fusionis an athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen your body. The class combines Pilates, yoga, aerobic dance, orthopedic exercises and ballet to provide a fast-paced, fun, and challenging workout.
Light weights, fitness balls, and the ballet barre may be incorporated to create a focused burn in those tough to tone areas. This class alternates between cardio and strength training intervals to provide the safest and most effective workout.
The class is taught in a group setting, but offers personalized attention through verbal and hands-on adjustments.
Don’t forget your grip socks, mat, water and towel.
Grip socks are recommended as they help you to plant your feet on the ground while you’re doing the exercises. Barre Fusion
